At Eeebees Royal Cakes, we take pride in the quality of our freshly baked goods and strive to deliver them in perfect condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items once they have been delivered.

Orders that have been received by the customer, a family member, guardian, security guard, receptionist, or any authorized individual at the delivery address are considered final and non-refundable, regardless of the condition upon receipt.

We kindly ask all customers to double-check their order details before completing the purchase. If there are any issues with your order due to a mistake on our part, such as a wrong item or incomplete delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
